Senior Litigation Attorney – High-Profile Injury & Product Liability Work | Los Angeles, CA
An established litigation firm in Los Angeles is actively seeking a Senior Litigation Associate with 5+ years of civil litigation experience, ideally including catastrophic personal injury, products liability, and general negligence. This hybrid position offers attorneys the opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes cases with a national profile.

This California-based firm is more than 17 years old with 28 attorneys in three offices. Some of the firm's practice areas consist of product liability, environmental litigation, and construction defect litigation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Take and defend depositions, including expert witnesses and key fact witnesses
• Draft motions, discovery, and litigation materials for complex injury and product cases
• Prepare trial documents such as exhibit and witness lists and motions in limine
• Engage in direct client communication and relationship management
• Collaborate closely with partners and litigation teams across practice areas
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of civil litigation experience in personal injury or product liability
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
• Strong deposition, legal writing, and trial preparation skills
• Proven ability to manage deadlines in a billable environment
• Detail-oriented with exceptional communication skills
