Overview:
We are seeking a Workday Generalist with strong troubleshooting and end-user support experience to join our HRIS team. This role will primarily focus on reviewing support tickets and advising users on how to resolve issues within the Workday HCM platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and review incoming Workday support tickets.
Analyze issues and determine appropriate resolution paths or escalation.
Provide guidance and support to HR, managers, and employees on Workday processes and functionality.
Collaborate with internal teams to document and improve common issue resolutions and support workflows.
Escalate system-related issues to the Workday technical team or vendor when necessary.
Assist with testing and validation during system updates or configuration changes.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience supporting Workday HCM as a generalist or functional analyst.
Strong understanding of core HCM processes (onboarding, job changes, terminations, etc.).
Experience using Workday Community and ability to guide new Workday users how to use Workday Community as a resource to address challenges
Experience with ticketing systems preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
