Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and prosecute domestic and international patent applications
• Represent clients in patent litigation matters, including trial and appellate work
• Conduct freedom-to-operate, validity, and infringement analyses
• Provide legal counsel on IP strategy, portfolio development, and dispute resolution
• Engage directly with clients to address IP concerns and guide legal solutions

Qualifications:
• 8–20 years of experience in patent law, with proven litigation capabilities
• JD from an accredited law school
• Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
• Admission to a state bar, preferably California
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Strong project and caseload management experience
