About the Role

We are seeking ambitious and highly motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDR) eager to accelerate their careers in sales. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and coordinating appointments and demonstrations for our Account Executives. With a clear path to advancement, you’ll have the opportunity to transition into an Account Executive role within 6-9 months. Additionally, you’ll immediately gain practical experience handling small to medium-sized business (SMB) deals, allowing you to rapidly develop and refine your sales expertise.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate Leads: Proactively reach out to potential customers through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Qualify Opportunities: Conduct initial discovery calls to qualify leads and identify customer needs.
  • Schedule and Conduct Demos: Set up appointments and product demonstrations for Account Executives and yourself.
  • Manage Pipeline: Use CRM tools to maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that maximize outreach effectiveness.
  • Product Expertise: Continuously develop a deep understanding of Suno Software to clearly communicate its value proposition.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of prior SDR experience required.
  • Ambition: Driven by results and eager to quickly move into an Account Executive role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to build strong initial relationships.
  • Organization: Highly organized with the ability to effectively manage time and priorities.
  • Team Player: Comfortable collaborating within a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Adaptability: Quick learner who thrives in a dynamic, evolving setting.

  • Experience in healthcare or SaaS industries.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
