Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Operations and Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers with product selection, handle transactions, and maintain an organized store environment. Your ability to engage with customers and promote our products will be key to driving sales and fostering customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide product demonstrations and detailed information to enhance customer understanding.
  • Operate cash registers efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately.
  • Maintain stock levels by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.
  • Supervise junior staff members when required, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve store performance.
  • Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
  • Experience in retail sales or a similar environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in cash handling and operating cash registers.
  • Ability to effectively stock merchandise and maintain inventory levels.
  • Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Capability to conduct engaging product demos that attract customer interest.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
