We are looking for a passionate and skilled Manufacturing Engineer or Rubber Technologist with a strong leadership mindset, a collaborative approach, and a drive to achieve excellence. This is your chance to join a dynamic, growing company at the forefront of rubber technology.  

Key Responsibilities:  

• Lead with Vision: Take ownership of our manufacturing processes, bringing your expertise to optimize efficiency, boost quality, and inspire your team toward continuous improvement.  
• Champion Quality and Innovation: Develop and implement state-of-the-art quality control systems, ensuring our rubber tracks meet and exceed industry standards.  
• Rubber Technology Expert: Oversee and innovate in rubber mixing, compound formulation, and testing to deliver world-class performance.  
• Product Manufacturing Leadership: Drive manufacturing excellence for rubber tracks designed for agricultural, industrial, and mobile applications, meeting diverse customer needs.  
• Global Collaboration: Work closely with international teams, partners, and industry experts to implement best practices and cutting-edge technologies.  
• Build a Winning Team: Empower and mentor team members to foster a culture of excellence, problem-solving, and innovation.  

What We’re Looking For:  

• A leader with a degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Materials Engineering – or equivalent expertise in rubber technology.  
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, molding, rubber compounding, molding machine , or related fields.  
• Proven success in process optimization and a proactive, problem-solving approach.  
• Excellent communication, organizational, and team leadership skills.  
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for achieving results as part of a team.  
• Willingness to travel overseas to leverage global expertise if needed.
