Job Title: Learning Solutions Architect Level 1

Location: Hybrid (Onsite 2x/week) – Pensacola, FL | Vienna, VA | Winchester, VA

Job Overview:

The Learning Solutions Architect Level 1 is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering both technical and soft skills training across various formats, including in-person and virtual environments. This role plays a key part in aligning learning solutions with business needs, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer through engaging, results-driven learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging training programs in technical and soft skills across multiple modalities (in-person, virtual, hybrid).
• Partner with business units to assess learning needs and identify training opportunities.
• Collaborate with SMDLS training partners to develop high-quality, learner-focused materials.
• Determine and recommend the most effective delivery method for each training initiative.
• Facilitate training sessions confidently for diverse audiences, ranging in size, role, and skill level.
• Use evaluation tools (surveys, quizzes, assessments) to measure learning effectiveness and make data-informed improvements.
• Adapt training strategies and content to accommodate various learning styles, backgrounds, and proficiency levels.
• Lead monthly deliverable meetings with business stakeholders to report on Learning Solutions team contributions and impact.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure technical accuracy and relevance of all training content.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
• Experience with instructional design and adult learning principles preferred.
• Proficient in creating and delivering training in both virtual and classroom settings.
• Skilled in collecting and analyzing feedback to improve training outcomes.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
