Job Description

Executive Assistant to President – Creative Agency

A global creative marketing agency is hiring for an experienced Executive Assistant to support one of their Presidents. This is an exciting and highly visible support role and requires an EA with strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities.

Salary range: $120-130k base range + bonus, equity and comprehensive benefits

Hybrid in Midtown East NYC, onsite 3 days/week (remote 2 days) working 9am-5pm

Requirements:

  • BA/BS required
  • 5+ years’ experience in providing administrative support and experience in a high growth adtech firm, entertainment or global tech firm strongly preferred
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be very well-organized, detail-oriented, and ability to prioritize
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide heavy calendar management, telephone coverage, and manage a demanding schedule
  • Monitor email communications
  • Book flights, cars and hotels, both domestic and international
  • Preparation for meetings
  • Support special ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assignment
