The Employee Relations Representative III plays a key role in promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture by supporting day-to-day employee relations matters and labor relations initiatives. This role partners closely with HR leadership, managers, and employees to address concerns, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with employment laws, collective bargaining agreements, and internal policies. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of operational excellence and excels at building collaborative partnerships with leaders across the company and union representatives to support a high-performing, compliant, and engaged workforce.
