Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Care Specialist to join a well-established team in Renton, Washington. This is a full-time, onsite position with long-term potential at a company known for its strong commitment to service, collaboration, and quality.

As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience while supporting both internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Provide accurate information on products, pricing, inventory, and order status
• Process demo requests, returns, replacements, and warranty orders
• Navigate internal systems, including AS400 and the company’s digital catalog
• Support Dealers and Territory Managers by handling service-related questions
• Track and escalate unresolved issues as needed
• Maintain daily reports and participate in weekly team meetings
• Ensure timely and professional follow-up on all customer requests

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–3 months of related customer service or administrative experience (or military equivalent)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Willingness to learn and navigate internal systems and tools

Location: Onsite in Renton, WA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Compensation: up to $45,000 annually
