Specific Job Description:

• In this role, you may support a broad array of initiatives within the Commercial Bank. Projects may either be specific to one process or product or end-to-end. Projects tend to be either focused on development of technologies supporting new or existing products or risk. Specific activities may include:
• Managing Change through effective Project Management skills, Maintaining project plans. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
• Interfacing directly with business partners to identify pain points and design solutions, including the gathering and documenting of requirements Assisting the Product Owners and Solution Consultants in managing the full solution delivery lifecycle by documenting features, collaborating with IT developers, supporting testing efforts, facilitating business testing, and managing deployment efforts
• Managing the creation of Business Readiness Plans to include preparation of process documentation, communications and training
• Maintain effective project meetings and project communication Communicate status and overall strategy through high quality presentations

Requirements:

• Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple work assignments based on established priorities Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
• Strong meeting management / facilitation skills.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to interact and build relationships with senior leaders and key support partners. Exceptional oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with both business unit (non-technical). and development (technical) personnel.
• Strong track record of successful project work in a diverse environment.
• Fully proficient in standard Microsoft Office suite of products including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Financial Services experience.
