Required Skills & Experience

• Financial Services - ideally in Corporate Investment or Commercial Banking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• Demonstrate the ability to work in an agile environment / understanding Jira/Jira plans
• Strong planning and reporting skills needed

What You Will Be Doing

• Understand internal and external dependencies
• Work with Product Team and external partners to make sure dependencies are documented / managed
• Track Product impediments and escalate to appropriate stakeholders when impediment mitigation/remediation is headed off-track
• Coordinate with external product owners to understand their cadence/Jira Usage models and instruct internal product team members of how to best coordinate
• Assure that needed external product stakeholders can/do attend key product cadences (special focus on quarterly planning)
• Understand existing Enterprise management reporting
• Develop needed “gap reporting” for their product
• Create/publish reporting as needed by Product Leadership
• Draft internal and external product communication/governance materials
• Coordinate and/or help design complex releases which cross products, or have detailed rollback requirements
• Understand and educate the product team on Release processes, policies, and standards
• Govern release practices to assure product level compliance
