Job Summary:

To support our continued growth, Champion Risk & Insurance Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manage r to join the incredible team with Champion Risk & Insurance Services. The Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager will maintain a book of business through high client retention, while quoting for new business, marketing existing accounts, and managing renewals.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and Manage Policie s: Drive the marketing and management of new and renewal insurance policies, with a target book of business totaling $600-$1.2MM, (assistance provided)
• Submission Preparation : Prepare submissions, negotiate rates, and analyze coverage to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients
• Marketing Resul ts: Summarize marketing outcomes and craft compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate value propositions to our clients
• Policy Bindi ng: Bind insurance policies according to company procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborati on: Collaborate closely with producers to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and cross-selling initiatives
• Client Communicatio n: Provide prompt and efficient responses to client inquiries, managing changes effectively to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years of commercial lines account management experience.
• Hold an appropriate Property and Casualty Agent/Broker license in good standing
• Experience with Applied Epic preferred
